Mass Media Outdoor Ltd (MMO) is looking to disrupt the UK Out of Home (OOH) industry by building a network of High Quality, more Eco-Friendly & Affordable Digital Billboards in strategic locations located around the greater town/city areas on high traffic and affluent arterial routes in and out of the city centres.

Mass Media Outdoors has signed a ten-year partnership deal with Wildstone, Europe’s leading owner of outdoor media infrastructure, with over 3,000 out-of-home assets and a market presence of more than ten years. This collaboration arrangement will enable Mass Media Outdoor to ramp up its growth by gaining access to hundreds of additional sites throughout the UK that it would not have had access to previously. Furthermore, they have just begun working with two landowners to take over several already active sites, allowing Mass Media to considerably grow their presence in the North West of the UK within the next 12 months.

What makes us different is that our strategy for building is different from all our competitors in every way. Most others focus on town and city centres for large format digital billboards unless they are main routes into the major cities including London, Birmingham, and Manchester. We are targeting the untouched areas and capturing the migrating audiences. We are also using a screen technology that uses no more than 33% power than a traditional digital billboard of the same size, and in most instances it is less than 25%!

We are also building all different formats or roadside Digital Billboards ensuring that our design works best in the location, rather than sticking to the strategy of just building the same format in every location like most others being a Digital 48 screen (6x3m landscape).

Mass Media Outdoor is very well positioned to disrupt the traditional OOH industry as it is set up in the UK and make big inroads into taking a market share from our competitors making us a desirable acquisition for either one of the big market players or a foreign OOH operator looking to break into the UK market. This is further supported by our strategy to build not only more Eco-Friendly screens, but also of Grade A quality and in areas that are untapped so far.

Our roadmap for growth is now in place through our valuable partnerships with organisations that own land all across the UK and primed for commercialisation.

Why Are Fewer Companies Going Public?

The number of companies listing on the ASX has declined, driven by access to private capital, regulatory burdens, and market volatility. However, public markets still offer liquidity, visibility, and robust capital-raising opportunities.
