Communication List & Investor Accreditation Waiver
Accreditation – Australia
To meet the requirements for an investor account as a resident of Australia you must be an accredited Sophisticated Investor. You must;
– Have a gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two years or
– Have net assets of at least $2.5 million
And in addition
– Have been issued a certificate by a qualified accountant certifying the above requierements not more than 24 months ago

Accreditation – United Kingdom
To create an investor account for UK residents, you must meet the HNWI or Sophisticated Investor requirements :
To be a certified high net worth individual, you confirm that you either:
– have an annual income in excess of £100K or
– have net assets in excess of £250K beyond your pension fund assets and your private residence
To be a certified sophisticated investor, you confirm one of the following:
– You have been a director of a company turning over at least £1 million within the last two years
– You have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last two years
– You have been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for at least six months
– You have worked in the past two years in a professional capacity in the private equity sector or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises
And in addition you must;
– Have completed a signed self-certifification document in the last 12 months
Accreditation – Singapore
In accordance with Singaporean law, Singapore residents wishing to create an Investor Account must meet the following criteria;
For individuals, you must meet at least one of the following conditions:
– I have assets which exceed a value of SGD$2,000,000 (or the equivalent in a another currency), or any other amount that the MAS allows to be prescribed in place of SGD$2,000,000.
– I am an individual whose, income in the preceding 12 months is not less than SGD$300,000 (or the equivalent in a another currency) or any other amount that the MAS allows to be prescribed in place of SGD$300,000.
For corporations, you must meet the following conditions:
I certify that the corporation has net assets exceeding SGD$10,000,000 in value (or the equivalent in a another currency) or any other amount that the MAS allows to be prescribed in place of SGD$10,000,000, which is assessed by:
– An audited balance sheet (must be the most recent)
– If the corporation does not need to prepare audited balance sheets, a balance sheet which is cerified by the coproation that is a true and fair representation of the current financial status of the coporation when the balance sheet was issued but not more than 12 months old.
In addition;
By creating an investor account with Wholesale Investor, you will be added to the Wholesale Investor communication list
